DESSERT
1. Whisk the eggs with the honey and add the oil, yoghurt, the orange juice and zest.
2. Continue mixing and add to the mixture the flour with the baking powder, soda, salt and nuts.
3. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured form. Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.

500gr Cretan honey
400gr strained yoghurt
160ml oil
6 eggs
¼ cup orange juice
Zest of one orange
3 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon baking soda
A pinch of salt
½ cup ground walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts (optional)
