
DESSERT
1. Dissolve the yeast in water and pour it into the mixer bowl. Add the milk, sugar, oil, flour and finally the salt. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes, until smooth. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and allow the dough to rise in a warm place until bubbly (about 1 hour).
2. In a deep frying pan with hot oil, press the dough into our hands and cut with a spoon dipped in water each time. Sprinkle the donuts with a pierced spoon to cover them with oil and turn brown.
3. Serve on a large platter and serve with Cretan Honey “Varakla Family” slightly warmed, sesame and cinnamon.
200gr flour for all uses
½ teaspoon salt
½ mug of lukewarm water
½ mug of lukewarm milk
1 sachet of dry yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons oil
Olive oil for frying

Sesame and cinnamon (optional)
