1. In a deep bowl, fine chop the fresh fruit, the canned peach, then add with its juice and pomegranate.
2. Add the Cretan honey, cinnamon, brandy and walnut and mix. Refrigerate for half an hour.
3. Serve with whipped cream (optional).
