
DESSERT
1. Mix all the ingredients in the mixer (Add the mint last so that the mixture does not get bitter).
2. Empty the mixture into buttered oven pan. Bake the cheese pie at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes (until it is slightly risen).
3. The cheese pie is served warm, garnished with 1 teaspoon of honey on each slice.
