1. In a deep bowl add the flour, yeast, water, Cretan honey and salt. Knead until it becomes a smooth mass. Cover with cling wrap film and leave to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
2. Knead again for 2-3 minutes (put the optional ingredients), shape the desirable form and place it in a floured oven pan. Cover and leave in a warm place to rise again.
3. After 40 minutes bake at 180 Celsius for 1 hour. Take it out of the oven and out of the oven pan.
300gr flour for all purposes
190gr lukewarm water
1½ teaspoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon Cretan Honey
1½ teaspoon salt
1 tbsp thyme or 1 tbsp oregano or 3 tbsp roasted sesame seeds (optional)
